Champ Agne

You are a soon-to-be bigtime boxer.  "You're no palooka!"  You've been hired by some very philanthropic folks of Italian descent to compete locally.  You are excited about the money you can make and the women you'll hopefully meet along the way.

More background

Galliano is your sponsor.  He’s the main mobster in the area though he isn’t always in town.

He’s often with Miss Brandy, his favorite gal, when he’s at the Eaton.

Galliano’s main goons are Mr. Rumm & Mr. Ginn whom you’re somewhat jealous of since they get the “serious jobs”.  You seem to have trouble keeping your mind on boxing when there are other exciting things to do.  Main boxing ring is on Ackerman island, the place where Galliano recently sold half and gave half to the city.  It’s a big amusement park, but makes for a good place to box.  You’re undefeated, so far.

What has happened

A couple weeks ago, the wealthy Mr. Zinfandel offered you some serious dough (great bonus that would offset some of your gambling losses) to help set fire to a building.  You figure it’s an easy job that’ll be close to impossible to get caught at.  Ms. Chianti joins you in setting the fire early Tuesday morning (before dawn).  Your first job is a success!  Maybe too much of one?

You’ve had your eye on Miss Silveroak, recently.  Not only is she attractive, but her parents are loaded! You’re here over the weekend to enjoy the speakeasy at the Eaton – she’s a maid there, but doesn’t look it in the evening.

Advice

Probably makes sense to meet with everyone you should already know and more.

Maybe check in for other jobs from Zinfandel?  See about future fights?  Keep your face up with positive exposure with the press?
