A Review of... MURDER AT THE EATON HOTEL
"Only by interrogating the other passengers could I hope to see the light, but when I began to question them, the light, as Macbeth would have said, thickened." - Hercule Poirot (Murder on the Orient Express)
We had one person "guess" correctly the killer - congrats to the very clairvoyant Edie (who had the only non-alcoholic name, btw)! Also, thumbs up to Emily for being so close and for Nathan, Wanda, Andrea, Linda and all of you who helped make this event such a success!
As for writing this, I owe credit to the photo history of Wichita, Top 100 Wines, history of the 20s sources (1, 2, and 3), Wichita newspapers from Feb 1923, my family and friends who gave me various ideas, and my high school American History teacher (Mr. Saiviano) for making the memorible comment, "President Harding was the first president elected by women (60% of the women voted for him) - he was the youngest and many consider the worst president we've ever had..." Only later did he add that "80% of the men voted for him, too."
