Dear sir or madam,

Due to the suddenly veracious winter storm

we request that all guests stay an extra night

as travel outside of the hotel is impossible.

A minimal fee ($5-10) will be posted for the extra night.

We also firmly request that ALL guests be in

attendance at the hotel ballroom by 8 pm.

Post dinner drinks provided at 7:30pm.

Those not there by 8 pm WILL be sought.
