Mrs. Silveroak

Your husband owns the Eaton Hotel.  You spend much of your recent time driving your library-on-wheels bookmobile (funded by your husband).  You're a big supporter of reading.

More background

You have one daughter, Miss Silveroak, which your husband spoils greatly.  You convinced your husband to at least her get some real world working experience and so she’s close to home working as a maid here with Miss Sauvignion.

The drinkmaster/chef is Mr. Adams.  Your husband is always drinking some of his mixtures – seems to just add to his forgetfulness, but he’s rich and still lovable.

Your bell hop is Porter Port.

Mr. Merlot is the manager that really runs the place.  He seems to always have everything taken care of so Mr. Silveroak just sits around listening to his music and drinking his “juice”.  You’d be upset, but Merlot brings in a lot of $ which helps pay for your books and driving.

You really like driving your bookmobile – gets you away from the hotel and makes you feel very independent.  Vroom!

What has happened

Last Tuesday a large fire destroyed the neighboring Getto Building resulting in several dead (and they seem to be find more bodies each day since then).  A portion of your hotel was also damaged by fire the same night. Your husband has already made a public announcement of getting it fixed (costing $50K!) and two bricklayers (Mr. Vodka & Ms. Chianti) are already here to replace some of the damaged walls.

Thursday Detective Pinot-Noir asked you & your husband a few questions about the Getto & Eaton fire.  Because of its vicinity, he is staying at your hotel.

Advice

Probably makes sense to meet with everyone you should already know.

Also, you may have to pry your husband’s feeble memory for more.  If no luck, Mr. Merlot is your best bet.
