You saw the early incarnation of MySH/MoSH (MM), and you quickly were thinking of ways to join and take control of it. You envy and have much disgust for those with super-powers, hence your need to control them and be better than them. :)
You convinced SuperFan that you'd be a good asset to MM by giving them credence/exposure, and Elect-Ra helped you get elected Governor to increase your sphere of influence.

But, you haven't directly helped MM. You've been converting and convincing many MM members to join you and work to replace you as MM's head since they have lost faith in SuperFan (especially since no one seems to ever actually see him!) - of course you are primarily responsible for this. Your secret plan is to have the heroes of MM in disarray, without hope and have SuperFan step down - you'd replace him and then set all straight by putting out the heroes in the spotlight under you. See, it's not that you want the villains to win as much as you want to control all sides of MM - what did I mention above about being a megalomaniac? :)

ALL of your communications with the MM villains is through your alternate persona, The Phantom M. This way you still seem to be in a positive position to be the good-guy of MM as no one should know you are one in the same.

Here are some of the things you've done:
You are certain that this meeting will see SuperFan step down and you will take control. Because you liked her op-ed piece so much, you had Nice Man send a secret message to Jenny Olsen at the Daily Globe about the meeting telling her to show up in some disguise (she shouldn't know it came from you). This way SuperFan's defeat will be made public and you'll be seen even better in the public light.

You first learned as Governor that visas from Germany have special metal strips - you had Magnetic Guy use his power and get all of the these visas from all MM heroes (Professor Zavior, The Hulk, Windy the Weather Girl, & Triclops). Since Zavior is in the public as head of the L8, he was the first you were able to tip off the INS about and got removed. You quickly had Dr. Octopussy put in charge of L8 - a great, powerful laser on the moon. You hope the fear of losing their visas will cause the others to be unhappy with MM.

You had Robbem steal the family jewels of Armenia - you needed their mystical powers to help create the most powerful laser ever on the moon. They were also used to create your symbol/pin that increased your willpower so much.

You've also reported Wonder Twin to the mental authorities several times - so she's in hiding.

You also had BratGirl use her power to get The Green Latrine to spill his "juice" over the LL Bridge. At the same time, you had Vogue get a picture of The Hunk nearby so you've got both green heroes on the run.

In your plan to get a much nicer headquarters, you had Nice Man take out a rich old lady and had Deal Devil make arrangements that you'd get the property (though you are very upset that he's offerred it for public sale probably to get more money - you may have to punish him severely for his disobedience).

You recently requested to The Poker, Poison Oak & Mystique to take out Parker Pent to prevent him from taking and/or publishing any more pictures of SuperFan. You definitely need to have read The Daily Globe - you're responsible for most of the news - ha! Don't forget, all villains think that The Phantom M was responsible for all of this, not you!
