A fraud. You may have really come from San Fran, CA, but you've been living poorly in Omaha for some time when you heard of Mr. White's weekend retreat. You were rejected from Lady Burgundy's "Ladies' Society of Benevolence and Rescue Home" and you had little luck with finding normal employment in the area (besides, you don't want a normal job, you want to be rich and glamorous without having to do much).

Not here at the mansion. You didn't arrive here until early this afternoon as you had to walk quite a ways though Sheriff Copper gave you a ride in a hansom for most of the way (he saw you, a pretty lady, walking on the dirty road by yourself). You told him about your situation and he seemed quite sympathetic (seems Mr. White has a bit of a reputation of being with the ladies). You weren't on any guest list, but with the current situation, none of the house staff dares to turn you away.

You may have a free ride here! If you play this right, you could have a large fortune in only one night's time. Best to speak with the lawyer, Mr. Steel, to make sure you get your fair share. You might want to learn more about Mr. White from the house staff so you can add this to your "mother's" info about him. Seems you have made a friend with Copper, don't lose that especially since what you're doing is illegal if you were found out. There are also a few very eligible bachelors here (wealthy) that you may want to befriend (and if they think you're getting part of White's fortune, then you'll be more attractive as well). Have fun!
