Burt Sienna

(Bart)

*You appear to be*

The White's grounds-keeper. You manage most aspects of the White Estate (ranch-hands, landscaping, construction) and have your own home outside from the main mansion. You seem quite content with this job as you work well alone and outside and the White's compensate you very fairly. Being raised in the frontier areas of Utah has trained you well to handle the responsibilities at the estate.

*You really are*

A professional killer. You were raised to be part of the most feared group on this side of the Mississippi - the Danite Band, you were an Avenging Angel. This group was initially created by the elders of the Mormon towns in Utah in order to protect their towns. As the number of available women decreased, the band was used to kidnap them from other areas and to kill all of their other male relatives. The Band also enforced the will of the great elders with those who disobeyed the word of their god. As troubles ensued and "civility" was returned to Utah, the Band was eliminated. You made your way to NE and quickly found work with new wealth, Mr. White. He was a very wealthy bachelor that hired you to take care of a few of his rivals in the import business. Your biggest job was to take out a very wealthy couple (the Rex's). Mr. White then moved into the Rex's estate (current residence) and offered the permanent position of grounds-keeper. He pays you well to do your job(s) and to keep quiet and you like the lifestyle this grants you.

*Last night you were*

Busy. Mr. White arranged with you to help him fake his death. He had reason to be fearful for his life so he thought faking his death would give him a "new life". You were inconspicuous for the evening spending most of it with Lady Jade (a member of Lady Burgundy's "Ladies' Society of Benevolence and Rescue Home"). You took to her that evening, learned of her "true profession" and stupidly had her spend the night with you (the brain was NOT doing the thinking then and you had plenty of cash ;) ). Before 2 am (Jade was asleep) you snuck out and made your way near the South Terrace and shot your gun in the bushes. You quickly ran back to your home, quietly deposited the gun (Jade was still asleep), turned around and ran back to the mansion to the South Terrace/Lounge area where a few folks were just starting to gather to see what the commotion was about (Mustard, Grey, Steel, Burgundy, Cardinal). To your surprise you did not see Mr. White's body as was planned (he was to have fallen with blood on his chest as if shot in the Lounge). Being exhausted and not having evidence of anything, everyone shortly made their way back to bed as did you in the end. You explained to a confused Jade that you heard a strange noise and went to investigate it. The house staff (4 of you) gathered early in the morning after Chef Shamrock found Mr. White dead in the kitchen. The Chef moved the body to the Billiard Room and cleaned up his kitchen. Not knowing if the Chef was in on this or not, you suggested that they contact Inspector Brown and that he'd know what to do. They let you handle contacting Inspector Brown and everything was back on track (Brown was to arrive that afternoon either way). Unfortunately when you looked into the Billiard Room, you found Mr. White was really dead! He had stab wounds around his back (didn't look professional) and he also had the fake blood on his chest from where he was suppose to have been "shot".

*Advice*

You need to let Inspector Brown know that Mr. White has really been killed! Brown will expect that White was shot at 2am. If Brown makes a fool of himself by announcing this, you should probably "gracefully" request that Brown join you to see the body. You also need to find out if Jade saw you leave and/or return with the gun - just don't want her babbling off misleading info that might point to you as your past is grim enough so be very careful about this. Her being a prostitute *could* be used against her. Lastly, you know that Mrs. White became Mr. White's wife shortly after moving to their present mansion (you had never heard of her before the move). You knew they didn't enjoy each other's company and that Mr. White often had ladies of "ill-repute" secretly over anyway. Could she have hired someone to do him in?
